Hi everyone,

I found this site, and found the 10 myths about happiness quite an interesting read.

http://www.happiness-project.com/

I thought you might like to read it too.

Have a good weekend,

Dear Karma, that made me think thank you for that.  I’ve heard quite a bit about The Happiness Project.  That’s another book I want to buy and add to my reading list!  How are you Karma?  Helen

Dear Helen,

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately I haven’t had a response as yet to the letter I sent to my friend - not even an acknowledgement that it has been received.

At the moment I’m a lot better than I was, but still not back to my old self, I’m still signed off work. I seem to have reached a plateau which I can’t seem to get beyond :(

I’m glad you found the myths about happiness article interesting. Did your copy of Depressive Illness - The Curse of the Strong arrive, and if so what did you think?

I hope you enjoyed you break in Scotland.

All the best,

Karma

Hi Karma,
Book has arrived and is in my reading pile!  I can’t wait to get to it.
Give your friend time Karma.  Time is a great healer.  The waiting is painful I know but hang on in there.
Something may click when you least expect it Karma for you to move beyond this plateau.  What’s that saying… ‘You never know what’s around the corner!’
Thinking of you.
Take care.  Best wishes, Helen
