The beginning of the year can be a difficult time.  The weather is grim, we’ve spent more than we wanted to over Christmas and New Year and now have to start paying for it, costs are rising, wages aren’t, job insecurity looms but it’s also the start of a brand new year and the opportunity to look forward to what it could bring.  There are always good things in life as well as bad things, we sometimes just have to look a bit harder.  Robin red breasts only grace our countryside in the winter as does mulled wine and log fires.  Focusing on those nice things can really help us see the good and feel good.  Wishing you lots of good things in 2011.
