How are you Cheryl?  I’ve been thinking about you today. It looks like we all have.  If well wishes could send you on your way you’d be unstoppable.  I do hope you are doing better.  I’ve read the lovely posts from Karma and Glynis.  You’re not alone Cheryl.  Remember that.  Sending you lots of well wishes, Helen

Oh Paul, please keep locking that black dog up when it hassles you.  You are so special.  I hate to hear of you having such dark thoughts.  It’s when we least feel like doing anything that we need to force ourselves to do it to feel better isn’t it and it feels so hard.  Everything seems so hard.  But as you say and know, it won’t stay that way.  It does get better again and I hope you are feeling much better this week.  Your wee boy sounds funny.  Bless him not saving any baking.  They are so honest children aren’t they.  He probably saved you the effort of pretending that they were yummy when really they weren’t.  I’m not saying your son isn’t a good cook.  I’ve been there with my friend’s children and almost choked on the baking whilst saying ‘Yes they’re lovely!’.  Take care Paul.  Helen

Dear Paul, not bad thanks.  I met with someone this morning who’s been struggling with depression and then I picked a friend up from the station who is in PR and is helping me with PR for the site and a friend of mine with her PR.  I am always late but today for once I was on time to pick her up and she sent me a text to say that she’d missed her train from London but she was joking; HA HA!  Bless her, she came out of the station giggling her head off!  How about you Paul, how has your day been.  Helen

Dear Paul, I can’t imagine you upsetting anyone.  If you are given that impression it could be because the other person was having a tough time.  I’m glad your day got better.  May it get even better for the weekend.  Wish I could sing!  I think my friends do too!  Take care. Helen
