Hello
is anybody else finding the weather is really knocking them back?
I thought I was doing really well but part of my trouble is panic attacks and I keep having one when I think about going out on the ice.  Believe me before I even open the door I have broken many bones (only in my head of course). How do you deal with this when the ice just won’t go away.
Love to you all.
Gosh doesn’t that sound cheesy but you know what I mean.

Hi Janeyd

I think I know what you mean. I’m not so worried about breaking bones as just the cold upsets me. Twice my children went outside today and both times I couldn’t stomach it. Bearing in mind in October 08 I was one of the competitors in the OMM that hit national headlines when a 1000 runners were ‘stranded’ in the mountains - did the cold, rain and incredible gales bother me then? No of course not.

Thankfully my partner was quite happy out with them but it has left me feeling very guilty again as I failed as a father.

And Monday looks even worse - the temptation of bed, bed and more bed sounds appealing!

Best wishes

Steve
