Hello khyla288, how are things with you? I see you are a nurse. Is most of your experience of depression through your job or do you care for friends/relatives? I hope you are well

Lovely to talk to you

I hope you are not drowning in all this wonderful rain, saves me washing the car though, and I cant garden while it is raining - yess!

But I can have coffee with friends, bitch about the world, and laugh.

Laughter is the best medicine ever and free, so try to laugh at least once at day, at yourself, or someone else!

Also laughter tightens the stomach muscles, so no more sit ups if I laugh 50 times a day!!!

Coffee is great for women too, prevents depression, I call it my Hug in a Mug.
