I watched that film the Constant Gardner Xxx it was very spiritual from what I can remember and romantic and made me cry .....so you’ll probably enjoy it teeeee heeeee us being deep and all Xxx the nightclub was brill…we walked in and there were the youngest people looking absolutely great love em. I remember making the effort, so sweet to see the teenagers looking so great. My friends started to get really drunk and started to really party ..I don’t drink ha ha ..so I felt a bit stiff at first ...us banarama girls partied the nights away I got drunk on happiness and thoroughly enjoyed myself. There were 3 nightclubs under one roof and we went into another one which felt like the last rave I went to, all smokie with bright lights flashing loads of the gorgeous youngsters came and dance with us, so beautiful smiling young girls and young lads .... I think I danced ok..I worry I danced like my dad used to and that was dodgie. It was such great fun, all the fears dumbfounded typical dumbfounded fears. All that worrying in my head that I would look dreadful and people think it was grab a granny night and all the youngsters joined in with us all smiles and laughter. Me and a couple of barrister mates got roped into going into a nightclub a while back - it was 80s night and we were the oldest swingers in town ! It was a fabulous night ! We looked so like barristers in our suits and waistcoats ! Everybody loved us ” You must remember this music” they said - er yes we do ! The girlies looked stunned. but hey ! Sarah jane sounds like you are going through hell Xxx I have a very wise beautiful friend who lives a couple of doors up Xxx she says she just has learnt to live with her panic attacks and learns to manage them, another friend says she is fine now and doesn’t get them and another friend is still coping with her awful expisodes. I had a really bad panic attack in Tesco the other day. I saw my sister in law in the store and I had an episode by the hot chocolate, then I had to get out of the store as fast as possible, I felt so weak Xxx When I was by the tills I looked one end and saw a wonderful friend and looked the other end and saw a really good friend the other end. I realised I wasn’t alone and I began to feel better. I told one of my friends and she stayed with me until it was over. I thought to myself I feel so uncool having a silly attack of panic, then I thought I can name 3 friends off the top of my head who have them, they are very common…why ? yet they are ....I began to think of the friend who said she lives with them and learns to just live with them. I then thought so I had an attack of the shakes so what. Have you joined the site panic away xx that is sooooooooo helpful. Sophie is much much better Xxx she woke up with muscle cramps in her stomach from horse riding Saturday I am guessing. She rode Saturday and then the muscle cramps came Sunday night.
