Depression is a mental disease and it is not hard to get treated. We have to first understand what are the root causes those triggers this in a regular way?

Before moving forward, lets first understand the cycle of anxiety and how this correlated with depression.

Let me try to pull the chain in anxiety disorder:

This is extremely obvious..whenever you are in a trouble, you enter into the worrying phase [If its insolvable for some sense and long lasting such as diverse case or something likewise that never let you sleep], then you find some place that relax you i.e. your first source of belief…but when this triggers regularly, the belief system fails and it suppressed…this starts over control and it becomes panic…This is so called anxiety and its of diversified in nature…

If this rotates in a regular way, it becomes the habit of the person and he makes his identity to the outer world, he tries to get satisfaction on his every steps but he extremely unaware from what’s the right and whats the wrong. He totally wants to see himself in a positive mode rather his steps pointing in negative direction. To keep him always right, he thinks whatever action he has followed, are correct and there is no other way to get that achieve but forgets to understand the fruitfulness of appearance and goes into depressed media.

When he enter into this mode, he falls into first stage of depression and if there is no help to that person, he get scratched from the outer world and starts living alone.

Depression can be treated with LOVE and Caring. Yes, these are the things and foremost medicine of treating any complex form of depression.

Dear Dentedego, thank you for that.  My psychiatrist always used to say to me that ‘Depression is an illness, and as such you can get treated and you can get better.’  At the time I didn’t believe him but it did help and now I know that he was right.
Anxiety and panic are terrible states and it helps to share symptoms and coping strategies.  I hope you are well.  Best wishes, Helen
