Hi Helen and Will,

Thank you so much for your emails. It’s really great to hear from you Will and I’m really glad it worked out for you in the end. It’s so encouraging to hear positive outcomes and the support on here really does make all the difference grin

I’ve applied for a peer worker role, have contacted the BACP for advice on counselling as a career and am looking for local college courses to build on my open university course. Oh and I have most definitely decided to leave my current role which has literally lifted what felt like the world on my shoulders! I’m already starting to feel much more motivated and positive about my future.

Thanks for the link Helen. Hopefully I will find a local group that I can join and get myself well and truly on the road to recovery..

A million thanks again to you both.

Dear Bumblebee, I hope you’re ok.  I just wanted to say good luck with your CBT which I think started this week.  Thinking of you.  Helen
