Chloe,
How are you today?
I walked with my dog today, and he is just so adorable grin He loves being out and never worries about a thing!
It is warm here now, and I started swimming this week. It feels so good to be in the water, and I really enjoy it. Hope the daily exercise will help me to feel better.
Hope you are enjoying your weekend!

Hope

Hello Chloe, how are you? Are you doing anything recently? Have you been to the gym recently? Did you finish knitting the socks? When is the school xmas fair? I hope it goes well.

It’s so cold for Nov isn’t it? Have you got snow there? We had a fair few cms last night. I wonder if this means that this winter is going to be as bad as last winter. I hope not. The snow looks nice, and I guess it’s nice to have cold sunny days, but it is a bit of a pain/inconvenient for everyday life.

I can’t believe it’s less than a month to Xmas and then only another week til the end of this year. Here’s hoping that the year ends well.

Take it easy and have a good weekend.

Hello Hope, how are you doing? How have the last week or so been for you? The weather over here has become very cold this week and a lot of areas, including here, have had a fair bit of snow. It’s the coldest it has been in Nov, with the most snow for about 20 years. There could be another long hard winter ahead! I’m sure it’s much warmer there!

Have you been to see your psychologist again? What kind of exercises have you been given? Are you feeling much better? I hope you are.

I still haven’t found a job again and things are getting quite tight. As you said, things are supposed to happen for a reason. I also try to believe that, although it’s hard sometimes, isn’t it?

My experience with depression is more from a carer’s point of view. I think it’s amazing how many people in suffer from depression in some form or other now-a-days, but I think one of the causes is the way society etc has gone.

Well, I hope you are OK Hope. By the way, are you interested in the Ashes? Australia has started well.

Take it easy
