Hi Chloe - ah ! That’s where you get your TUTS from ! I wondered who was your purveyor of inspirational sayings. That’s a good song - we live in hope that the sun May come back one day although summer seems to have packed it’s bags and gone on hols round here at the moment ! It was much better today. This morning there was lots of psychiatric evidence about the Deft’s mental state, depressive episodes, adjustment disorders, not being able to deal with the end of a relationship etc and I was thinking ooh this is all too close to home and I thought “it could be me”. Then this afternoon we heard how he was with his partner, how he used to beat her black and blue and just how awfuly he treated her and I was quite relieved because I thought ” well he’s not like me at all - he is so unlike me” and that made me feel better because it distanced me from him if you see what I mean.
Anyway - my brother is coming round for tea tonight and we are going to watch the footie - my team are live on TV tonight - we kick off the new season. Should be fun.

Good I am glad your relieved what are you like ......my friends get upset when they have shouted at their kids and beat themselves up ...I say ‘do you put cigarretes out on them starve them..no ..they are wonderful wonderful mums most of the time they just got driven over the edge…it happens to humans not robots..He sounded a nasty piece of stuff was he abused as a child beaten miss treated probably Xx glad to hear you sounded better its good to feel bad some days to appreciate what you have been through and realise how far you have come Xx I hope you had a wonderful weekend. The spooks keep playing this to me Xx over and over Xx I saw a man on the market selling Cds I thought yes I shall buy a new Cd that I haven’t heard like Helen recommends second hand it wont be such a mistake if I hate it so I said ok spooks which one…I keep seeing the KT Tunstall one there were 5 copies so I thought ah this one hey ok I ‘ll buy it spooks…I played it in the car and thought I don’t believe it whooo hooooo ha ha Xx had to share that with you Xx chloe p.s I love the idea of new music helen thanks for that it does work for me Xx
