The depression self-help group is a confidential and safe space where people affected by depression can come to socialise, share their experiences, swap advice and coping strategies, and meet others affected by similar issues. We are supported by Depression Alliance and the group is volunteer led.
The group operates on drop in basis which means that you will not need a referral. It is free to attend however voluntary donations are accepted to cover room hire costs as we have no funding.
